Before we start working with a developer or agent, we thoroughly research their company, their reputation and their specific products. We use a Due Diligence Checklist, to ensure we are acquiring as much information as possible before deciding to work with them.
2 - Can you help me with financing my purchase?
Yes. Our company Regency Financial Resources Ltd is an Independent Financial Adviser. We have qualified Mortgage Advisers in-house, who can give you personal advice about UK Mortgages, Personal and Secured Loans, and Overseas Mortgages.

3 - When investing off plan, how do I know my money is safe?
Our due diligence work involves establishing the financial stability and reputation of the developer. We check the land ownership and research the overall positioning of the development within the marketplace.
4 - We want a holiday home that we can rent out, but don’t want the hassle!
We understand this, which is why so many of our properties have been selected for their rental programs, whereby the maintenance, management and marketing of the property are all included in the deal.

During our fact finding meeting with you we will establish your budget and financing arrangements. We will also work through examples of the kind of returns you could expect from your investment, taking into account the costs and the variable criteria. We will provide you with realistic expectations of what can be achieved.
